"AN INDIAN CAST AND CHASED SILVER ROSEWATER SPRINKLER, NORTH INDIA, SECOND HALF 18TH CENTURY. With rounded crescent-shaped body, each point surmounted by a pronounced pea-hen with everted head, flanking the tall tubular spout with upper finial in the form of a floral bouquet, on spreading fluted foot, the body finely chased with panels of flowering plants, the feathering on the birds carefully chased, engraved and pounced, the upper neck chased in the form of a cypress tree, an openwork floral collar below, 12 5/8in. (32cm.) high."

"AN ENAMELLED ROSEWATER SPRINKLER, INDIA, 19TH CENTURY. With rounded foot, globular body, tapering neck and flower finial, the body incised and engraved with cartouches featuring flowers, the base of the neck with four rings of moulded lobes leading to the flower shaped finial, on a blue and green enamel ground - 9 5/8in (24.5cm) high."

"AN IVORY INLAID ROSEWATER SPRINKLER, INDIA, 19TH CENTURY. On a round foot, the turned sectios painted and inlaid with red floral sprays and geometric designs, with a flowerhead spout - 8 1/4in. (21cm.) high."
