"Over sized folio from a rare Qajar Era Quran manuscript from Persia. The size of these two pages is amazingly very large i.e: 24 X 36 inches. The LOH-Heading(Title of the Quranic verse) is highly illuminated and intricately decorated with colorful floral design. It is extremely difficult to find a very large Quran of this illumination, calligraphy, interlinear translation in farsi and commentry too. The commentry is scribed in red ink on the border. The pages have pinholes and are fragile specially the left side of the border of the folio but keeping in view the importance and rare size of the manuscript, elegant calligraphy of Naskh script in black ink."
