The letter quotes two Persian ghazals, then {161}, verses 1, 3, 2, 7, 4, 8, 10; and finally {191}, verses 1, 2, 5, 8, 4, 9.

The postmarks reveal that the letter travelled from Delhi to Meerut, then on to Calcutta, then on to Aligarh, then to Rampur, where it finally caught up with the Nawab.
