There's no excellence of meaning in the verse, but both lines are so equal [baraabar] and mutually connected that they can be used as an example for a new ghazal-composer. In the first line he's described the event of some night (especially the previous night). And he's used the second line to express this common mental 'mood', on the basis of which last night the thought of the beloved caused sleep to fly away.

In this way the first line has become a 'proof' [daliil]; and the second, a 'claim' [da((v;aa]. The affinity of 'thought' and 'dream' is manifest. Between ((ishq and taab there's an 'affinity of meaning' [munaasibat-e ma((navii], because as a result of passion a person writhes around; or else in passion there's heat ( taab as 'heat'). In the second line the word qasme is also very fine, because through it the oath-taker's intensity of emotion is manifest.

I can't see much in this verse, somehow; to me it seems very minor and unappealing.
