us chahre kī ḳhūbī se ʿabaṡ gul ko jatāyā
yih kaun shigūfah sā chaman-zār meñ lāyā

The opening-verse is by way of an introduction. But the commonality of 'face', 'rose', 'blooming', 'garden' is fine. Then, shigūfah chhoṛnā is an idiom meaning 'to do some deed of mischief'. A flash of it has come through very finely in the second line.

The verse is based on the idiom shigūfah lānā (see the definition above), which is cleverly made to work as a (real or rhetorical) question in both its literal sense and its idiomatic one.
