muddat paa-e chinaar rahe hai;N muddat gul;xan-taabii kii
barso;N hu))e hai;N ghar se nikle ((ishq ne ;xaanah-;xaraabii kii

1) for a long time we have remained {an attentive servant / 'at the foot of the plane-tree'}, for a long time we did oven-heating
2) it's been years since we left our home-- passion made us home-wrecked

The opening-verse is commonplace; I have put it here in order to establish the form of the ghazal. Although indeed, paa-e chinaar / paa-chinaar is a fresh and uncommon word. The truth is that it's so uncommon that it is not found in any established Urdu dictionary. [A discussion of the flaws of various Urdu dictionaries.]
