ab jo nasīm-e muʿat̤t̤ar āʾī shāyad bāl khule us ke
shahr kī sārī galyāñ ho gaʾīñ goyā ʿanbar-e sārā āj

1) now since a perfumed breeze has come, perhaps her hair has been loosened
2) all the lanes of the city became, so to speak, entirely ambergris today
