The second line is irresistibly multivalent. Here are some readings:
='Say again what you've said, Sahib!'
='Say it again!-- ah, what have you said, Sahib?!'
='Recite more such!-- ah, what you've recited, Sahib!'
The haa))e can express sorrow, or some vague, often melancholy emotion, including amazement or bewilderment; it can be as ambiguous as a sigh.
The addressee could be Mir himself, or someone else who is reciting verses by Mir.
