arẓ-o-samā meñ ʿishq hai sārī chāroñ or bharā hai ʿishq
ham haiñ janāb-e ʿishq ke bande nazdīk apne ḳhudā hai ʿishq

1) in earth and heavens passion is flowing; in all four directions it is brimful, passion
2) we are the slaves/servants of His Lordship Passion; according/'near' to us, the Lord is passion
