In the final verse, he has even further explicated the human aspect: 'Whatever I have mentioned above, put it down to my impatience/eagerness in praising passion; and also keep in mind that I'm not doing all this tumult-creation deliberately, but rather the events of passion are all new to me, I haven't yet become habituated to its pleasures and rigors'.
Or if we suppose this verse to be entirely separate from the previous verses, then this expresses the helplessness of someone freshly a prey to passion. If his laments and complaints lie heavy upon other people, then he says, 'Brother, forgive/excuse my impatience/eagerness, I am now/still a very new lover.'
In both circumstances, a light touch of cheerfulness/pleasantry makes the human aspect of the verse even more manifest.
